Jessica Hobday.

Ms. Hobday joined Pioneer Equity Partners as Director of Communications, bringing over seven years of marketing and communications experience across financial services, SBA/USDA lending, and agency environments.

Most recently, Ms. Hobday served as Marketing Director for Community Bankshares, Inc., where she led multi-channel strategy spanning paid media, SEO, email, and social across three financial services entities. She wrote and distributed the press releases behind major national milestones, including the company’s ranking as the #1 USDA B&I Lender in the country and a top-25 SBA Lender ranking within 11 months of launch. Before that, she was Director of Marketing & Operations at Plentē Agency, where she led full-funnel marketing strategy for a multi-industry client portfolio spanning fintech, real estate lending, and government contracting.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations in 2020 from the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Jessica now calls Charlotte home. She’s a lifelong bookworm who loves writing just as much as reading, and she’s chased that same curiosity around the globe, with 21 countries visited and counting. A dog lover through and through, she enjoys volunteering with the Charlotte Humane Society.
